Action designed and built a modern single-page portfolio with scroll reveals, animated stats and responsive layout. Hosted on GitHub Pages.

Action implemented SDP from scratch with AD integration, mail-to-ticket, asset discovery, SLAs/approvals and knowledge base; migrated categories/templates and trained staff.

Problem legacy imaging and GPO led to slow builds and drift.

Action mapped existing GPO settings, recreated them in Intune (configuration profiles, baselines, naming, ESP, compliance), packaged Win32 apps, planned cutover and documented.
